I don't want to sicken you with the details of the events that have brought me here but I would like to share my
story with you in hopes that our story helps to motivate you and hopefully show (through actual example) what even small governments can
do when they are not held accountable for the decisions they make.
My wife and I purchased our home on land contract from a woman that
worked for the sheriff department. After seven months paying as agreed, the woman
listed the home with a Realtor and sold it out from under us without our knowledge. Come
to find out, the woman was not paying her mortgage and the property had fallen into
foreclosure.
After she decided to breach the contract with us she stopped
communicating with us all together and basically thought of us as squatters. The home sold the same month she listed it and the sale
offered a date of possession that was kept from us and that was impossible because we were
still living there completely unaware of any new sale. She then convinced coworkers
(other sheriff's department employees) to help her get us out claiming we had never paid
and that we were trashing the house and had forced her into foreclosure.
It has been reported that several other people from the sheriff department
took pity on the woman and she convinced them to execute our eviction without a court
order. The report claims that up to 30% of the staff of our sheriff department was
involved in emptying (looting) our home. The sheriff department, already struggling in the
economy, chose to pretend nothing happened and told local media we were just upset for
having been evicted when we were not.
I know this is hard to fathom but it is the unfortunate true.
We lost our home and it's contents on September 27, 2010 and have been
powerless to do anything about it for 2.5 years now. What has made me the sickest has
been the fact that this did happen and that there has been absolutely no functional
way for my family to find redress.
We the people, have "Zero Rights" when their is no functional way to report
violations of those rights.

tv vytter .com Once there, It looked identical to the twitter login page and asked for username and password.
Twitter users that enter that information have just given the keys to their twitter account to some really devious people.

There needs to be a grassroots movement to have the 14thamendment to the United States Constitution repealed. Why you may ask, here is why.
Here is a brake down of what is in the 14th amendment:
Section 1.
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
Section 2.
Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.
Section 3.
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may, by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
Section 4.
The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.
Section 5.
The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.
Now my issue is mostly with section 1. Ask yourself, why was there a need to have a Constitutional amendment to state citizenship. Look closer, "are citizens of the United States." America is 50 separate republics. You are a Sovereign citizen of the Republic of the state you are born/reside. A "citizen of the United States" actually means "a citizen of the United States Government." Sovereign citizens are protected by the U.S. Constitution. Citizens of the government are not. This is why they can tax you (the dummy corporation created when you are born).
I hope you can see where I am going with this. I plan of announcing to the U.S. Government that I am revoking my U.S. Citizenship, and strongly announce that I AM A SOVEREIGN CITIZEN OF THE REPUBLIC OF MICHIGAN. But if I do this I will no longer have a social security number, and will not be able to get a job. So I will do this when I have some land that my family can homestead on.
I am not sure how to start a grass roots movement, other than what I am doing now. There is more that stinks about this amendment, but I will rant later. The 14th Amendment needs to be repealed. Start spreading the word.
